Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Department is designed to assure that all final products, supplies, or services, manufactured or performed by this company are subjected to adequate controls and inspection to assure conformity to customer drawings and specifications. The Quality Assurance System is applicable for manufacturing process and all intended output results of the product realization and sale of all final products manufactured by the company. This system is designed for early detection of discrepancies and effective corrective action.

We are inspecting and analyzing   all the raw materials prior to the production to ensure the quality of the product. Furthermore, monitoring all the physical and chemical parameters throughout the production process. Moreover, we always give its more concern for final releasing products.

After all the steps of the production process is completed the samples from the final products were taken for chemical tests and physical tests by the quality department and checked all physical and chemical results were fulfilled the buyer’s requirements. All finished products were checked against for specified requirements and ensure planned arrangements have been satisfactorily completed prior to releasing to the customer. We always assure to give a high-quality safe product to the customers. To enhance our product quality, we are sternly followed good manufacturing practices and modernizing our methods to achieve more and more priceless results

we have achieved the ISO 22000, GMP and HACCP certifications during the last decades. We continually improve our manufacturing systems through optimizing quality and safety of our products and implementing strong controls with the dedication of skilled employees and the essence of their teamwork.
